Our courses are tailored for individual and companies' needs. The following figures do not apply to schools courses and tailor made community and neighbourhood watch self defence courses for the general public.
The smaller the group the more we can ensure we move at the pace of the delegates; as fast or slow as necessary, as deep into the subject as appropriate and with as much development as possible. We usually have at least two instructors at every training of up to 20 people, but we can provide more instructors if we have more people training and also depending on the venue. Courses for more than a large number of people can be carried out through a period of time.

Availability:
Please tell us your preferred dates and we will arrange a course to meet your needs.

In-company:
We run most of our courses at our client's premises or their preferred venue. We will provide all necessary training equipments to make their training stimulating and meaningful. There is no strict dress code but delegates may be required to wear comfortable sport wear.

Costs:
The cost will also vary depending on the location and number of sessions. Because each course is unique and tailored to client’s needs, it is difficult to give a general price for a course. However, as a general guide, for an investment of £480 we will train a group of twelve people at your premises for one day. If you have more than twelve people please contact us for a quote as the course may have to be carried out over a period of time or we can also provide more instructors for a day’s course.

• 101 and over-------------- £20 per person
• 61 to 100 people---------- £25 per person
• 41 to 60 people----------- £ 30 per person
• 21 to 40 people ------------ £ 35 per person
• 1 to 20 people --------------- £ 40 per person

In some instances travelling fees may apply.

They will be keen to gain knowledge of the people involved and an understanding of your working practices and organisation’s culture. This helps us ensure the training relates to individual’s and the company’s needs.
