Developed by Dave Turton, Founder of the Self Defence Federation this is very popular Seminar in that it gives the you an excellent insight into the methods and principles we practice and teach within our own system.
The emphasis is solely on Street Combat Methods. There are no unworkable or non-valid methods. All methods have been researched and tested thoroughly for over 40 years.
The grades or skill levels of those attending the seminars is not relevant, as the SDF System is suitable for all.
